What is Holy cannot mix. water is a cleansing and the oil is a sealant, the government is the oil upon the the church, and the water is what is within, to be preserved. there will be two Houses that will survive unto the end of time, and these two Houses represent the government and the church, but first, The Church must erect the government again before they are sealed with God's blessing. now the two cannot mix. Church and State, but they are still a Holy tool of God's power and the House that we had married within each other.

even the last of the two houses shares similarity to the church and to its state, to the protector over the houses, the Republican (i.e. State) and the Democrat (i.e. Church). the two are alike but different. the two in hand without marriage, but still a proposal of God's willing heart in Hopes to open the gate of tomorrow for the two coming together.
